The Pinnacle

This A-grade office building is situated in Cape Town City Centre on the corners of Burg and Strand Street. Its a multi-tenanted office block with a GLA of 11 925 m2. The Pinnacle is currently Investicore’ s largest office building in the Western Cape.

97 Durham Avenue

This property is our flagship building. It is an impressive structure that has had a huge impact on the upliftment of the area. It enhanced the energy and vibe of Durham Avenue and made Salt River accessible for the young and vibrant, while respecting the heritage and culture of the area.

121 Cecil Road

The parking facility was designed and built to accommodate tenants from 97 Durham Avenue. Although primarily used for parking, the space also offers seven retail units on the ground floor. 127 Cecil Road

As an old industrial building 127 Cecil Road was successfully converted into office space. Its a multi-tenanted building with majority of the GLA being occupied by the International Hotel School.

11 Shelly Road

An old textile factory was converted in accordance with the specifications of the lessee, a well-known advertising agency. The renovation was well received and the building is seen as a contributing factor to the agency’s brand identity and their supportive role in the upliftment of the area. This redevelopment was completed at the end of 2016. There is a high demand for this type of residential units in this particular area: the building is centrally located close to the Randburg Taxi Rank and in addition, close to the Randburg Square Shopping Centre. It further falls completely inside the urban development zone.

148 Roan Crecent

An excellent acquisition at a significantly discounted rate. The building was bought with a newly signed five-year lease in place.

1159 John Vorster
